We have contacted Novell about using pserver/pconsole on NetWare 5.  It does work but it does not come with NetWare 5.  If you have a NetWare 4.x license you can copy the files from a netware 4.x server and run pconsole.  I tried it and it works fine.  To see how to setup a netware 4.x server's pserver please click here.
