When I print from Corel WordPerfect 7 or 8, All the sets get stapled together.

These tests where done with the iR5000 and iR8500, both with the Canon controller and the EFI controller.

WordPerfect 7

Make sure you are updated to Corel WordPerfect to 7.0.2.45

Create document.
Click on "File" and select "print"
You should be at the print dialog box. The active tab should be "Print"
Select the number of copies you want, then click on "Group"
Select the "Printer" tab and click on properties. The Canon driver should come up.
Click on the "Finishing" tab and select "Staple".
Click on the "Page Setup" tab and choose the same number of copies as before.
click on "OK" and then "Print"
It should come out fine.

WordPerfect 8

Make sure you are updated to Corel WordPerfect Suite 8 Service Pack 7

Create document.
Click on "File" and Select "print"
You should be at the print dialog box. The active tab should be "Print"
Click on properties. The Canon driver should come up.
On the "Page Setup" tab and choose the number of copies.
Click on the "Finishing" tab and select "Staple".
Click on "OK"
Now, back at the print dialog box, click on "Group copies" and then "Print"
It should come out fine.
